Smelters

Metal processing installations and smelters extract various metals from ore to create more refined metal products. Metals include copper, nickel, lead, zinc, silver, cobalt, gold and cadmium etc.

Inside the waste heat boiler of the smelter, hot gasses develop resulting in contamination. These boilers, as well as the precipitators, cyclones and silos face extreme conditions and temperatures and eventually require professional cleaning while remaining in operation.

After the analysis of the contaminated locations, controlled local shockwaves are administered to clean in order to optimise running capacity without costly shutdowns.
