Online Cleaning Technologies’ High Definition, High Temperature Camera is like nothing else used in this industry. Conceived by OCT’s very own Steve Holland, it allows OCT teams to carry out high definition video inspections while the plant or boiler remains in full operation.
The specialised camera is heat-resistant to temperatures up to 1,300°C and allows us to easily survey and record every part of the installation while it is still online and above 400°C.
Online camera inspections can be used to determine the location of fouling for pre-outage furnace inspections and for fault diagnosis within the boiler.
In addition, the camera can be used to visually inspect elements within the facility to ensure they are working correctly, can be used to visually demonstrate the effectiveness of OCT’s cleaning solutions, and the HD Camera can also be used to inform preventative maintenance planning, as well as for inspections during longer running periods.
