What is Patented Linear Cleaning?

Online Cleaning Technologies’ Patented Linear Cleaning is the only method to provide a complete cleaning service for the power and industrial sector, without the need to shut down or stop.

The facility can be cleaned completely, while it remains in full operation at extremely high temperatures. The cleaning process is carried out within the flue gas lanes of tube bundles, making for a more targeted and effective solution.

Plant efficiency can be increased by up to 110% and it’s safer and more sustainable than traditional methods.

How it works

The heat-resistant HD camera can be used by our experts before and after the clean to determine the fouled area and decide the type of cleaning methods.

The detonative charge is positioned in the tube bundle gas lanes, using a cooled lance. Then using a controlled precision shockwave, ash deposits are dislodged and removed without affecting the unit’s integrity.

Our patented Linear Technology is also WIFI controlled, which adds to a very high level of safety. With the correct access points, we can clean every area inside your installation using this method.

The lances used to position the detonative charge are up to 10 metres long, allowing boilers up to 20 metres wide to be cleaned with access on each side. A swivel at the end of the lance can rotate 360° enabling a clean that is precise and controlled. High temperature HD camera system can be used to monitor the process and record the results before and after the cleaning process.

Blockages and fouling in the flue gas paths are cleared but also the plant thermal efficiency is improved, leading to increased availability, output and profit!
